PURPOSE: PARTICIPATION IN THE "OPEN EYES ECONOMY SUMMIT 2018" *

Personal data is collected in order to take part as a participant in the "Open Eyes Economy Summit 2018" which will be held on November 20-21 2018 in Krakow - hereinafter also referred to as OEES 2018. The provided personal data will enable the Administrator of the Foundation of Economy and Public Administration (31-515 Kraków, ul. Ks. Bp. W. Bandurskiego 58/11, KRS 0000232184), to enter your details on the list of OEES 2018 participants and to provide you with daily information related to its organisation. Your personal data will be stored for the period of 6 months following the completion of OEES 2018. Your personal data will not be transferred to any other entities. Your personal data is provided on a voluntary basis, however, your consent to the processing of personal data is a prerequisite of your participation in OEES 2018. Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner excluding profiling. Automated decision-making will take place on the terms set out in the Regulations of the Open Eyes Economy Summit Krakow 2018, and the consequence of such processing will be the registration of the OEES 2018 participant’s data in the electronic system. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. Legal basis: Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
