Prezes Zarządu Diebold Nixdorf w Polsce – międzynarodowej firmy informatycznej, dostarczającej rozwiązania technologiczne i usługi dla sektora bankowego, sieci handlowych i stacji paliw. Korzenie Diebold Nixdorf sięgają połowy XIX wieku na rynku amerykańskim i połowy XX wieku na rynku europejskim. Firma jest obecna w Polsce od ponad 25 lat. Zajmuje pierwsze miejsce w Polsce i na świecie pod względem ilości zainstalowanych bankomatów oraz pierwsze w Polsce i drugie na świecie pod względem ilości zainstalowanych systemów kasowych.
Mirosław Janik rozpoczął swoją karierę w Wincor Nixdorf (ówczesna nazwa firmy) w kwietniu 2000 r., objął wówczas stanowisko dyrektora finansowego. Od marca 2003 r. pełnił funkcję wiceprezesa, a od października 2009 r. prezesa zarządu firmy Wincor Nixdorf w Polsce. Od momentu połączenia firm Diebold i Wincor Nixdorf w Diebold Nixdorf w sierpniu 2016 r. pełni obecną funkcję.
Mirosław Janik jest absolwentem Zarządzania i Marketingu o specjalizacji Rachunkowość i Marketing na Akademii Ekonomicznej w Krakowie. W 1999 r. ukończył również Podyplomowe Studia inwestycji Kapitałowych w Szkole Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie. W 2003 r. uzyskał dyplom ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), a w 2005 r. skończył studia MBA przy Gdańskiej Fundacji Kształcenia Managerów we współpracy z Rotterdam School of Management i Uniwersytetem Gdańskim. W 2015 r. ukończył również Harvard Business School, na kierunku General Management Program.
The President of the Management Board in Diebold Nixdorf in Poland – an international IT company delivering technological solutions and services for the banking sector, commercial networks and gas stations. The beginnings of Diebold Nixdorf reach the mid-19th century on the American market and mid-20th century on the European market. The company has been present in Poland for over 25 years. It is ranked at the first position in Poland and in the world as for the number of installed cash-machines, and the first position in Poland and the second in the world with respect to the installed cash system. Mirosław Janik started his professional career in Wincor Nixdorf (the company name at that time) in April 2000; he held a function of the Financial Director. Since March 2003 he held a function of the Vice-President, and since October 2009 – the President of the Management Board in Wincor Nixdorf in Poland. Since the merger of Diebold and Wincor Nixdorf into Diebold Nixdorf in August 2016, he has held the current function. A graduate of the Management and Marketing Department with the specialisation in Accounting and Marketing of the University of Economics in Krakow. In 1999 he graduated from the Postgraduate Studies in the Capital Investments at the Warsaw Economics School (SGH). In 2003 he obtained a diploma of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), and in 2005 he graduated from an MBA Programme by the Gdańsk Foundation of Management Development in cooperation with the Rotterdam School of Management and the University of Gdańsk. In 2015 he also graduated from the Harvard Business School, at the faculty of the General Management Program.
