Redaktor naczelny Visegrad Insight, prezes fundacji Res Publica w Warszawie. Wieloletni redaktor naczelny Res Publiki Nowej (2007-2015) oraz Eurozine, magazynu tworzonego przez sieć ponad 80 czasopism kultury z Europy z siedzibą w Wiedniu (2015-2016). Lider projektu New Europe 100 – networku innowatorów tworzonej przez Res Publikę wraz z Google, Financial Times i Fundusz Wyszehradzki.
Zasiada w radzie Europejskiego Forum Nowych Idei oraz radzie European Digital Forum think tank. Absolwent Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (MISH), były asystent naukowy w Katedrze im. Erazma z Rotterdamu Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, odbywał także staże badawcze w Wiedniu (Akademii Politycznej OVP) oraz Pradze (Francuskie Centrum Studiów Środkowoeuropejskich CEFRES).
Specjalizuje się w polityce europejskiej i środkowoeuropejskiej. Publikował m.in. w Foreign Policy, Politico Europe, EUObserver, VoxEurop, Gazecie Wyborczej, Rzeczpospolitej, Gazecie Prawnej, Hospodarske noviny, Internazzionale i innych mediach.

Is the editor-in-chief of Visegrad Insight – a magazine on Central Europe and chairman of Res Publica Foundation in Warsaw. Previously editor-in-chief of Eurozine – magazine representing a network of European cultural journals with the office in Vienna, and a Polish quarterly the Res Publica Nowa. Project leader of 'New Europe 100′ project – a network bringing forward a community of successful innovators from CEE across the fields of business, research media, NGO and public administration run jointly by Res Publica, Financial Times and Google.
He is a member of the advisory board of the European Forum of New Ideas and the European Digital Forum think tank led by the Lisbon Council and Nesta in collaboration with the European Commission’s Startup Europe Initiative. He has been a lecturer at the Warsaw University and a junior research fellow at CEFRES in Prague.
Wojciech is a political commentator, lecturer, and social entrepreneur. His expertise includes European and transatlantic affairs as well as policies related to innovation and culture.
