Prezes Zarządu Geberit Polska od 2015. W latach 2008 – 2015 Prezes Zarządu Sanitec Koło oraz Senior Vice President Grupy Sanitec odpowiedzialny za region CEE, także Rosję i Ukrainę. W latach 2004 – 2008 odpowiedzialny za marketing i sprzedaż w regionie CEE w Sanitec Koło.
Karierę rozpoczynał w 1997 roku w sektorze usług i doradztwa marketingowego, najpierw w Polsce, następnie w Niemczech. Członek rady nadzorczej OTCF S.A (właściciel marki 4F). Członek Rady Doradczej przy Międzynarodowym Centrum Zarządzania UW. Uczestnik programu Akademia Przywództwa Liderów Oświaty w charakterze mentora. Prowadzi indywidualne praktyki mentorskie w obszarze przywództwa, strategii i zarządzania. Wykładowca Uniwersytetu SWPS. Członek Zarządu Polsko-Szwajcarskiej Izby Gospodarczej.
Absolwent SGH oraz programu MBA UW & University of Illinois. Ukończył także kilka programów menedżerskich w INSEAD, London Business School, HEC, Harvard Business School oraz Columbia Business School.
Since 2015 MD & President of Geberit Poland. 2008 -2015 MD & President of Sanitec Koło and Senior Vice President of Sanitec Group, responsible for the CEE region, Russia and Ukraine. 2004-2008 – responsible for marketing and sales in the CEE region as Sanitec Koło executive board member.
He began his career in 1997 in marketing services and consulting sector, initially in Poland, then in Germany. Member of supervisory board at OTCF S.A (owner of 4F brand). Member of the Advisory Board of the International Management Centre, University of Warsaw. Mentor at Leadership Academy for Education Leaders. He conducts individual mentoring practices in the area of leadership, strategy and management. Lecturer at SWPS University. Board Member of Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
Graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics and MBA programme of the University of Warsaw & University of Illinois. He also completed several executive education programmes at INSEAD, London Business School, HEC, Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.
